Leeliu is this journey’s Official Ceremonialist, Nourishment Guide and Lead Visionary Muse. She will be supporting and co-lead this Journey of ReAwakening, practicing soul liberation workings in circle; through intentional, simple & profound embodiment practices of movement and stillness, of listening and receiving, offering Daily Group Practices, Exercises, Games, Sharings and Rituals.

Her guidance will invite the exploring & embodying virtues of:

We are delighted to introduce you to Sandhya as one of the facilitators of our desert retreat. With her unique and powerful method, she will guide you on a journey to your true self and help you to rediscover trust in yourself and your life. Through a harmonious blend of breathwork, movement, meditation and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Sandhya creates a safe space for you to let go of doubt and excessive rumination.

Sandhya’s dynamic breathing techniques expand your breathing capacity and awaken a deep sense of aliveness. By integrating EFT, which stimulates specific meridian points from traditional Chinese medicine, she calms your nervous system. This powerful combination releases both acute crises and long-term blockages so that you can regain your self-confidence and self-acceptance.

These practices also support you in overcoming challenges and staying centered and resilient.

Leeliu

Leeliu is born & grew up in Singapore, with her ancestry originating from South China –
She began her spiritual journey in her adolescent years exploring spirituality through the healing arts & yoga, meditation.
On her soul journey she has (and continues to) travel, to explore and be a keen student and devotee of universal wisdom teachings of the heart, and spirit from different traditions and faiths – Paganism, Buddhism, Shamanism, Taoism, Sufism, Christianity, Judaism, Ba’hai.
Currently Based in Germany, she offers ceremonies, healings and teaches online, and worldwide.

Leeliu specializes in guiding women (and more and more, men!) to reconnect back to Spirit,
To their womb, their bodies and hearts through embodiment practices, aligning mind, body, and soul.

Axel

He is a lover of Earth pleasures, a caring father of 2 children, a sun worshipper, a humourous, kind and sweet friend. Trained in design, with over 25 years of experience, Axel is a healing visual artist serving empowerment, magnifying wonder through his visual alchemy: ranging from photography. web creation & developmentdesign work, and videography – the natural gifts of his Venusian rose tinted lens brings out the most beautiful and radiant in people & beings, places and spaces.

His strength lies above all in the ability to perceive the essence, the spirit of an event or a person and to make it visible through a photograph filled with love and compassion. His first published photography book, Souls Of Light is a testament to his gift of amplifying beauty and wonder.

He has and continues to revolutionalise healing, stewarding and serving beauty through many of his 1-1, group and festival photography.

SANDHYA

Sandhya is a devoted mother to her grown-up daughter, sharing her love and compassion while holding space for others. She is an avid world traveler, following her spiritual path of Advaita-Vedanta and non-attachment. Her calm and composed demeanor instills a sense of security and comfort in those around her. Sandhya’s deep connection to nature and her appreciation for the interconnectedness of all beings radiate warmth and a sense of unity. With a shamanic inclination, she facilitates healing processes and nurtures profound awareness in life’s journeys. Her serene and contemplative presence shines through in every situation.

As a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher, coach, and Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator, Sandhya guides participants on this transformative journey. You will have the opportunity to be led by her in various moments of reflection and growth.

Furthermore, you can enhance your experience by booking individual sessions with Sandhya, including Reiki, intuitive head and neck massages, or coaching conversations, in addition to our main program.

DAY 1

Salam Aleikum Morocco!

Today you set off on your journey into the desert. How have you decided?

If you take the domestic flight from Casablanca to Errachidia, the transfer will take you deep into the desert region to the oasis of Merzouga (approx. 2 h drive). The domestic flight lands in Errachidia at approx. 23:59. Arrival in Merzouga is therefore late at night. Our driver will be waiting for you and the other participants.

If you are travelling to Merzouga by bus from one of the royal cities, you will be picked up at the bus stop. The journey takes you through small Kasbah villages and past beautiful palm groves. The first overnight stay is in a traditional kasbah on the edge of the desert. (D)

DAY 2

New Moon in Sagittarius

30. November 2024

New moon morning meditation to get in the mood for the joint camel/road trip into the desert. Afterwards, breakfast together with a view of the dunes.

In the morning we ride on our camels to our desert camp (also possible as a hike or by vehicle). A deliciously fresh lunch and the Oussidi family, who will look after us during our stay in the desert, await us there.

The silence of the desert

The days begin with a tea ceremony in the heart of the desert camp.

DAY 8

Farewell to the Oussidi family

6. December 2024

After the morning meditation in the desert, we return to Merzouga by camel. In the village, we take a tour of the oasis. We are treated to a traditional Berber meal by the Oussidi family in their home. Afterwards, we visit the children’s project founded by Barak Oussidi and a Berber cooperative that offers traditional handicrafts.

  • Afternoon practice: Collecting blessings: contemplate fruits gathered from journey; journaling, sharing circle
  • Evening group closing meditation, celebration
  • Dinner and overnight stay in the Kasbah.

DAY 9

Goodbye Sahara

7. December 2024

So long farewell! For those travelling by plane, it’s off to Errachidia airport early in the morning. You will experience one last spectacular sunrise and the panorama of the palm gardens.

We will take the bus travellers to the bus stop in Merzouga. (D)
